Humber is an Ontario college and polytechnic, and OSAP is Ontario's student aid program. Humber's enrolment confirmation starts no earlier than 15 days before your term, and the NSLSC pays tuition directly to Humber with the remainder sent to your bank in the first two weeks of term. ### Can I get OSAP as an out-of-province student at Humber? You apply to your home province's program, not OSAP. A student from Alberta studying at Humber applies through Alberta Student Aid.
